We are open 7 days and it's possible to collect and return vehicles any day.

We have a minimum rental of 3 days in all months apart from July and August when it is 7 days, and it is possible to rent for any number of days above these.

Because of allergies that some customers may have we restrict pets to selected 2, 4 or 6 berth motorhomes. It must be stated when booking that a pet friendly vehicle is required so that the correct vehicle can be allocated. Due to increased cleaning and greater wear and tear a £50 supplement applies to the rates shown.

We can take payment by bank transfer or debit /credit cards (excluding American Express and Diners' Club). Also for customers from abroad we can also take payments using Wise (previously called Transferwise) which normally has a better exchange rate and lower charges than banks.

A deposit of 25% is required when making a booking with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of the rental. If less than 6 weeks away the full amount is required at time of booking.

When collecting the motorhome you must leave a refundable security deposit equivalent to the insurance excess you have chosen (£250 or £1,500).

We don't charge extra for credit card payments !

All drivers must show their driving licences when collecting a motorhome plus additional ID and/or proof of address. Details will be on your Booking Confirmation email.

UK licence holders must also bring in a DVLA Check code.

A comprehensive hand over will be given when you collect, and we will spend as long as you like to ensure you are happy and confident with the operation of the vehicle.

We also offer the option of an advance handover for customers who live in the area.This means that you can come in before the collection date and go over all the operation of the motorhome allowing a fast getaway on the day.

Our standard collection time is 2pm but if you want an earlier start our Early Collection option allows a 10am collection.

The standard return time is 10am but if you would like to come back later then the Late Return option lets you to return at 3pm. Vehicles can be returned out of hours but you are liable for the vehicle until we are able to inspect it.

It is possible to collect and return motorhome 7 days a week and we also have a key drop off facility for returning motorhomes when we are closed.

Please note when you are collecting your motorhome a refundable security deposit equivalent to the insurance excess (£1,000 or £250) must be paid by card. Following an inspection of the motorhome, this is normally refunded back onto the same card within 3 working days of the motorhome being returned.

Due to the weight of our motorhomes they can all be driven on a standard manual car licence (category B on most licences).

All drivers must be aged between 25 and 75 with a full licence held for at least 2 years and must not have more than one fault or outstanding incident/insurance claim in the last 3 years.

UK licence holders (both main driver and additional drivers) need to advise us at the time of booking if they have any points on their licence. Normally we are able to automatically insure drivers with either up to two 3 point offences or a single 4 point offence. If you have more points, any offence of 6+ point or have had your licence returned following a ban within the last 4 years then we must contact our insurance company in advance to check if cover is available and if an increased insurance excess would apply. When collecting the motorhome they must bring a DVLA Check Code which allows us to check for points (see the UK Licence Holders section for more information).

Two forms of ID from separate sources dated within 90 days and matching the address on the licence are required from all drivers. Acceptable forms include bills for Electricity/Gas/Water/Phone/Mobile/Broadband, Bank/Credit card/Mortgage statements, TV licence, Polling card, Payslip, Finance/loan statement. Also an annual Council Tax statement for the current year. In addition if you hold an old style UK paper licence we also require photo ID. 

If your driving licence is not from the UK please contact us as depending on which country your licence is from we may only be able to provide insurance subject to prior approval form our insurance company.

Additional drivers must also be present when the motorhome is collected as they have paperwork to sign before they are insured to drive. The same licence and ID requirements apply to all drivers.

On 8th June 2015 DVLA abolished the paper counterpart of the licence. All drivers with a UK licence are now required to visit www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence and obtain a CHECK CODE which you must bring with you when collecting the motorhome. This allows us to do an online check for motoring convictions. The code is only valid for 21 days (and can only be used once) so must be done close to the hire date. Please note that if you hold a Northern Ireland licences this does not apply.

Our vehicles are insured for use in the UK (Including islands) only. We do not currently allow hires to mainland Europe or southern Ireland.

All our rates include comprehensive insurance for a driver aged 25 - 75 (See Driver Requirements section for more info)..

You are liable for a maximum £1,500 damage to our vehicle per insurance claim or you can pay an additonal £20 per day and the liability comes down to £250 on the first claim.
